There are three types of resources; food, wood, and rock. Food is the most crucial resource in the game; without it, the tribe will eventually die. Wood and rock can be found from trees and boulders respectively found around the island. They are both used for construction. Construction can happen without wood or rock, but that requires star/moon dust and would take an excruciatingly long time to complete.
